Step 2: Design & Pre-Construction
We collaborate with trusted architects and designers to refine your plans. During this phase, we also secure all necessary permits and provide a detailed, fixed-price quote or transparent budget estimate.
Step 3: Material Selection & Scheduling
Before we break ground, we help you select finishes (flooring, fixtures, cabinets) and order long-lead items. This ensures your project stays on schedule and avoids mid-build delays.
Step 4: Construction & Communication
This is where the magic happens. You receive weekly updates (including photos) via our client portal/email. You will have a dedicated Project Manager keeping the site clean, safe, and on track.
Step 5: Quality Control & Walkthrough
As we near completion, we conduct a rigorous quality assurance check. We walk through the home with you to create a final 'touch-up' list and ensure every detail meets our high standards before you move in.
Step 6: Warranty & Aftercare
Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in. We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty and schedule follow-up visits at 6 and 12 months to ensure everything is performing perfectly.
