Founded by Tod, a certified carpenter with a lifelong passion for the trades, 3308 Construction was built to take the stress out of home renovations. Having worked in carpentry since the age of 17, Tod combines formal schooling with years of hands-on experience to help clients navigate the most complex and challenging parts of their building projects.

At 3308 Construction, we carry those values onto every job site in the Victoria and South Island area. We pride ourselves on clear communication, expert problem-solving, and delivering results you can be proud of.

What "3308" Stands For

The foundation of our company is built on leadership and mentorship, which is reflected in our name:

"33"

The “33” represents leadership and teamwork. It was a special jersey number awarded to Tod by his football coach during his final season, given only to a player who demonstrated exceptional character and dedication.

"308"

The “308” represents legacy and craftsmanship. It’s a tribute to the master carpenter who apprenticed Tod. To commemorate the skills and knowledge he passed down, Tod’s mentor gifted him a .308 rifle as a symbol of their bond built on hard work and precision.
